Overview:

The first official meeting of the project team was held on 26.03.2014 in Kirklareli, Turkey. The following agenda was followed in this kick-off meeting: Presentation of participants and their role in the project; Overview of the Subsidy Contract; Overall review of the project plan (activities and responsibilities); Discussion of Procurement Plan; Discussion on sampling activities (methods of sampling, equipment to be procured and installed – what and where, period of sampling, treatment of samples); Discussion on Dissemination, Information and Publicity issues – project web site, logo, templates; Initial risk analysis and ways to overcome delays; Presentation and Adoption of the Communication Plan; Planning the Project Publicity Meeting in Burgas; Discussion on administrative, financial and reporting issues; Designing a timetable for the next meetings of the partners and for the Joint Scientific Workshop, and the Project Information/Closure Meeting.
